Access to the Kadryn application may require an account, an organization, access rights and, depending on the feature, a compatible plan.

The user agrees to provide accurate information, protect credentials and inform Kadryn in case of suspected account misuse.

The service must not be used to compromise system security, bypass restrictions, violate the law, infringe third-party rights or process data without an adequate legal basis.

Kadryn may suspend or limit access in case of security risk, abuse, non-payment, clear breach of terms or legal obligation.

Available features depend on the subscribed plan. Pricing and limit information displayed on the website may evolve before contractual validation.

Kadryn uses reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, resolve incidents and inform customers when maintenance or security operations are necessary.

Kadryn provides observation, governance and decision-support tools. Operational, financial or legal decisions made from the service remain the responsibility of the customer organization.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Kadryn's liability is limited to direct damages under the conditions set by the applicable contract.
