Developers — Overview
Use the Developers menu to connect, test, monitor, and debug Kadryn integrations.
What this menu is for
Use Developers to move from setup to production: create API keys, configure Gateway routing, send direct usage events, inspect logs and traces, test webhooks, copy SDK examples, and run diagnostics.
Who uses it
- Admins who manage workspace configuration.
- Platform teams who own technical operations.
- Finance users who review cost, allocation, or billing context when relevant.
Key workflows
- Review integration readiness in Overview.
- Create and rotate API keys.
- Configure Gateway or direct ingest.
- Verify events in Logs & Traces.
- Test webhook delivery and signatures.
- Run Diagnostics when data is missing or provider calls fail.
- Open the exact documentation page for the active tab.
Documentation links
Developer tabs link to the workspace Help & Docs area when you are inside the app. This keeps admins in the same workspace context while still using the same canonical docs content as the public documentation site.
Examples:
- Gateway opens the Gateway developer docs.
- Usage Ingestion opens Direct ingest docs.
- Events & Webhooks opens Webhooks and Webhook signatures docs.
- Logs & Traces links to Gateway errors and Missing usage troubleshooting.
Permissions
Sensitive operations should require owner or admin permissions. Read-only users should still see status, impact, and links.
