What this page is for

The Overview gives a fast read of the governance posture of the workspace. It is a read-only strip that highlights pending approvals, active exceptions, caps at risk, and audit integrity status.

Who uses it

  • Admins
  • Finance owners
  • Security reviewers
  • Platform operators

What you see

  • Pending approvals count.
  • Active exceptions count.
  • Caps near or over their threshold.
  • Audit integrity verification and sealing status.
  • Locked-state messaging when a capability is not available on the current plan.

What you can do

  • Open the relevant tab for deeper review.
  • Use the overview as a daily governance checklist.
  • Identify whether action is needed before changing budgets or policies.

Permissions and safety

  • Each card loads only if the corresponding capability is visible to the user.
  • The overview does not mutate data.

Operational notes

  • The caps card prioritizes reached caps before near-threshold caps.
  • The integrity card distinguishes not verified, partially sealed, and verified states.

What this page is not for

  • Editing caps, approvals, exceptions, or audit records directly.
  • Replacing detailed investigation in the owning tabs.

Recommended workflow

  1. Confirm that you are in the right workspace and environment.
  2. Use filters before changing configuration or interpreting results.
  3. Open the detail drawer when available.
  4. Check related objects such as alerts, approvals, costs, policies, runs, deliveries, or audit entries.
  5. Apply changes only when the impact is clear.
  6. Re-check the page after the backend refreshes.
  7. Export or copy IDs when you need to escalate.
